The Canadian Paint and Coatings Association (CPCA) has announced that it is partnering with Smithers Rapra as a supporting association of this year's Pigment and Color Science Forum and TiO2 World Summit.
This year the two long-standing events are coming to Canada and will take place concurrently from October 7-9, 2014 in Montréal at the Le Westin Montréal. More than 350 members of the pigment, TiO2 and colour cosmetics industries are anticipated to attend this year's combined event.
"CPCA is proud to support two important segments in the coatings industry as the association represents a number of pigment and TiO2 suppliers and all our manufacturer members rely on high quality supplies from both," commented Gary LeRoux, CPCA President.
With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Smithers Rapra is organizing both summits. The Pigment and Color Science Forum 2014 brings together the leading names in the industry to discuss market trends, intellectual property matters and new advances in plastics, cosmetics, paints and coatings, multifunctional pigments, industrial design, paper & printing inks, consumer electronics and automotive applications.
The 14th edition of the TiO2 World Summit will cover economic health drivers in the TiO2 industry, new mineral projects, industry profitability, feedstock supply and demand and the latest in end use applications. There will also be a shared exhibition hall delivering the latest technologies and developments relating to pigments, TiO2 and other related business.
