Germany-based Multivac has announced the performance optimization of its automatic traysealer models and has designed the product range to match the current market requirements.
The company said it is equipping its T 700, T 800 and T 850 automatic traysealer models with dies which have greater lengths and widths.
Besides, Multivac has extended its portfolio with the T 700S, T 700XS and T 800S models. The two S models are equipped with smaller dies. All S and XS models can also be equipped with the smart sealing technology for simple sealing applications.
According to the company, the die concept has helped to improve the cycle output of automatic traysealers for producing packs without modified atmosphere.
The new machine concept has also allowed the company to reduce the costs of running the machine and the use of resources.
