According to Baumann, the line is made up of modular machines that work synchronized with each other in order to achieve a 'one step packing line' that takes the products from bulk storage to carton boxes for shipping.
With an easy format change, the packaging systems enable pharmaceutical and sterile medical products to be packed fully automatically with GMP compliance with a wide range of batch sizes.
Using the new line, pharmaceutical companies, sterile medical products manufacturers and contract packers can achieve packaging diversity of various batch sizes.
