Romaco Is All Set to Introduce Its Blistering

Romaco is all set to introduce its blistering, cartoning and counting technologies at FachPack 2013, taking place from 24 - 26 September in Nuremberg, Germany.

The company will exhibit its Noack DPN 760 blister packaging machine, which is suitable for multiple blisters or products that get jammed due to their specifications.

The machine is user-friendly and blisters pharmaceutical solids, ampoules, medical devices and liquids with a maximum forming depth of 25mm. It also has a small footprint.

Promatic P 91S intermittent motion cartoner, which has a maximum output of 140 cartons a minute, will also be presented at the event.

According to the company, the cartoner matches the performance of continuous machines and has cGMP compliant design and balcony structure.

Romaco's Bosspak VTC 100 tablet and capsule counter, to be introduced at FachPack, represents the company's newest technology for filling pharmaceutical solids or food supplements into bottles.

The machine works independently of particular formats and allows the product and packaging to be changed fast.

Bosspak's pre-dosing system improves the counting accuracy as well as the filling speed. The machine counts a maximum of 100 bottles a minute and can be installed either as a standalone unit or integrated in a line.
