Finland-based Stora Enso has introduced a new Service Offer for sales of its Ensocoat and Ensocoat 2S packaging boards.
According to Stora Enso, the two boards for demanding end uses are set to have improved availability through the new Stora Enso Service Offer and the new concept aims to ensure flexibility and speedy deliveries, to assure fast deliveries when customers need it.
Stora Enso Graphical Boards sales director Jonas Pettersson said that the new concept has been created to highlight the different options available to its customers with a selection of different service packages.
"We have rethought our service concept and believe this will enhance our total offering to a perfect combination of service and value", Pettersson added.
The Service Offer concept consisting of the Economizer, the Rapid Link and the Express Delivery Promise will be initially introduced in France from June 2012, and rolled out to other Central European markets by the end of this year.
