A new, privately-held glass fabrication company, Tempco Glass Fabrication, has been launched in Queens, N.Y.
The company will be led by general manager Steven Powell, who most recently served as general manager for Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® in Hauppauge, N.Y., and also has experience with United Steel Products and Mac Venture Group.
The company plans to serve the areas of New York City, Long Island and other nearby locales with its glass tempering, cutting, drilling and edge-polishing capabilities.
The company expects to become fully operational early this spring.
