Recently, the Russian domestic prices of hot rolled (HR) plate and cold rolled (CR) sheet both showed a sign to drop.
This is the first price down since the October of 2013.
Currently, the CR sheet with the thickness of 1mm is quoted at US$686~US$695/ton CPI Moscow, lower than the price of US$717~US$723/ton on October 7th, 2013.
In addition, the HR plate with thickness of 4mm is quoted at US$581~US$596/ton.
