German industrial packaging firm Schutz has unveiled its second plant in China that will produce IBCs and drums to meet the regional demand.
The firm said the new plant, which had started operations at Tianjin, has added capacity for IBC and drum reconditioning, along with a continuous blow molding line for F1 polyethylene drums.
The plant employs 50 people and the firm says the facility will help cut on transport duration, and produces IBCs that meet food-grade standard that can be molded with maximum energy efficiency.
Attention was paid to the purpose designed production environment in which manufacturing processes take place under intensified hygienic conditions, satisfying all requirements for the Malthus production of food IBC.
The firm also announced about its expansion at Sao Paolo, Brazil in April.
