Tribe Live reported that a Canadian company has acquired Frontier Steel Co based on Neville Island. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Samuel, Son & Co Ltd based in Mississauga, Ontario said that the Frontier acquisition was part of the company‘s strategic expansion into the United States.
Samuel, Son & Co. is the fourth largest metal processer and distributor in North America, it said.
