Taiwan-based crystalline silicon solar cell maker Gintech Energy will not distribute any dividend for 2013, while ingot and wafer maker Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS) will distribute a cash dividend per share of NT$1 (US$0.03), according to the companies.
Gintech posted consolidated revenues of NT$15.098 billion (US$506 million), gross margin of 2.89%, net loss of NT$591 million and net loss per share of NT$1.65 for 2013, while SAS recorded consolidated revenues of NT$22.215 billion, gross margin of 10.98%, net operating profit of NT$629 million, net profit of NT$295 million and net EPS of NT$0.57.
