Empire Communities and Koben Systems Inc. (KSI) celebrated the official unveiling of the first electric vehicle charging stations in the newly launched second phase of Empire's Imagine Community development in the Niagara Region of Ontario.
"Consumer adoption of EV technology has been slow because of the concern of accessing reliable, safe and affordable EV charging stations for daily and long-haul commutes," said Paul Golini (in photo), executive VP of Empire Communities. "By partnering with KSI and installing electric vehicle charging units right in Imagine Centre of the community, we are helping to pave the way towards helping Canadians achieve their desire for energy conservation and greener living."
