Food packaging supplier Sovereign Partners is all set to acquire Cap-It-All, the UK-based supplier of disposable lids for the foodservice sector and its wholly owned subsidiary Goodlife Eco-Friendly.
Sovereign managing director Barbara Feldman said the company will be able to combine the strengths of Cap-It-All in the specialist lid and environmentally friendly areas of packaging with its general ranges and distribution channels.
"We anticipate a quick and seamless integration of our two businesses over the coming months. Geoff Page will be staying on and working with us very closely over the next few months to ensure this is the case," Feldman said.
Following the acquisition, Cap-It-All's business will be renamed as Sovereign Partners and the businesses will be operated as a single operation. The Goodlife brand will become Sovereign's wholly owned brand.
