US carmaker Ford Motor has unveiled the 2013 Titanium edition of its Fusion Hybrid sedan in the US.
The new Titanium edition hybrid is powered by a combination of 2.0litre four-cylinder engine and an electric motor generating a combined output of 188hp.
A lithium-ion battery pack, which powers the electric motors, will allow the car to travel at speeds of up to 62 mph.
Ford revealed that the hybrid powertrain can be switched on by a push-button start, without the use of keys and the new sedan is calimed to offer a fuel economy of 47 mpg in the city and 47 mpg on the highway.
Features of the new hybrid include SYNC connectivity system, MyFord Touch, a rear view camera and reverse sensing system that assists driver while backing up the vehicle.
Ford's new hybrid sedan is expected to go on sale in early 2013.
