Vivaris and Ball Packaging Decided to Launch The Low-Calorie Thirst-Quencher Vivaris Sport

Vivaris and Ball Packaging Europe have decided to launch the low-calorie thirst-quencher Vivaris Sport in a beverage can.

The packed drink in 11.2oz aluminum cans from Ball is aimed at diet-conscious people with an active leisure/sport-based lifestyle. Consumers can buy the isotonic beverage can in various retail outlets.

Vivaris marketing head Marion Moormann said good taste and healthy ingredients have been brought together with a trendy packaging.

"The beverage can not only offers an attractive design but also, thanks to its indestructibility, certain key benefits to our target group, namely people who are constantly on the move," Moormann said.

Vivaris, founded in 1958, is a subsidiary of the Berentzen Group which specializes in the sale of alcohol-free beverages in trendy containers.

Ball Packaging Europe a beverage can manufacturers, employing 2,800 people at 12 sites in Germany, France, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Poland and Serbia.
