French carmaker Renault has launched the new facelifted 2013 Espace Minivan in the country.
According to the carmaker, the new minivan is powered by a 2.0 dCi engine unit which is offered in three outputs, with 128hp, 148hp and 173hp outputs and mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
The new minivan is also offerd with a gasoline powertrain, which includes a 2.0 litre petrol unit, consumes 8.5 litres of fuel per 100km and emits 198 g/km of CO2.
Renault said that, when 2.0 dCi engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox, it consumes 5.7litres/100km while generating 150g of CO2/km and when the same mated to automatic transmission, it emits 169g of CO2/km by consuming 6.4 litres/100km.
The new Espace is offered in three equipped versions which include '25 ans' version, Alyum version and Initiale version featuring different characteristics.
According to Renault, the new Espace is available for sale in France at a starting price of EUR35,700.
