With multiple companies making a play for its territory during E3 2016 this week, Oculus VR has announced more than 30 titles will launch alongside the Oculus Touch controller this year.
The only problem is, we still don’t know when the long-delayed handhelds will be released.
While it again delayed news of a release date, Oculus said among the 30 newcomers there’ll be 20 brand new titles that are “designed around the immersive sense of hand presence you can only get with Touch.”

The firm also announced four brand new titles, three of which were supported by trailers.
In 2017, psychological thriller Wilson’s Heart will arrive from Oculus Studios and Twisted Pixel.
“It takes full advantage of the natural hand gestures made possible by Touch to let you fully examine and interact with your surroundings in the virtual world,” the firm wrote in a blog post.
Next up is Ripcoil, made in cahoots with Sanzaru Games, which effectively sounds like a virtual game of frisbee. Killing Floor is a co-op VR shooter from Tripwire Interactive, for which you can see a trailer below.
“This Touch-enabled take on the well-known Killing Floor universe will take you to diverse environments and force you to scavenge for survival as you face an unrelenting onslaught of monsters,” Oculus explains.
Finally, there’s the long-in-the-offing Superhot FPS.
“Time only moves when you move, creating a unique bullet ballet that is brought to life with Touch,” Oculus added.
All of this sounds utterly tremendous. Now, if we could just get a release date beyond 2016…
Those attending E3 will be able to go hands on with 11 Oculus Rift games on the show floor.
