Planet One Products (POP), the parent company of US-based International Wine Accessories (IWA), has purchased WineKeeper, an American manufacturer of wine dispenser equipment.
The move is aimed at expanding the quality and breadth of wine-related products to residential and commercial customers.
The acquisition will add WineKeeper to the family of companies manufacturing wine-related products, including Le Cache Premium Wine Cabinets and CellarPro Cooling Systems.
Customers of these companies will be offered with a wide selection of wine gifts and accessories, custom wine cellar design services and wine storage solutions.
These products and services will be available online at http://www.IWAwine.com, through the companies' print and digital catalogs and through the IWA Design Center.
WineKeeper founder Norman Grant said: "I believe that POP family of companies is perfectly positioned to carry on and improve upon the Winekeeper brand, and I look forward to working with POP as we grow WineKeeper to new heights."
