US employee benefits-only agency Digital Insurance has purchased Fallick Insurance Services of Mountain View, California, with an aim to enhance employee benefits client services.
The acquired enterprise will join the Los Altos/Silicon Valley office of Digital Benefit Advisors (DBA), a division of Digital Insurance, to boost its footprint to serve customers in Northern California.
The customers of Fallick Insurance will be served by enhanced services and expanded resources, as part of DBA, the acquirer said.
Digital Insurance executive vice president and chief marketing officer Mike Sullivan said that the acquired business is to complement its insurance network.
Fallick Insurance Services founder and president Jeff Fallick commented, "The company's robust platform with tremendous resources will help create ample opportunities and position us for significant growth throughout Northern California."
