Packaging distributor Kite Packaging has opened a new facility in Portsmouth, UK, increasing its storage capacity by 300%.
Developed over 22,000ft2, the unit includes a warehouse.
A narrow aisle racking system integrates it with Aisle Master Forklift trucks.
The site was acquired by the company around three months ago.
With this, the firm inaugurated its second property this year after opening a branch in Sittingbourne in England in February.
Kite Packaging South Coast managing partner Neil Hopkins said: "It has been a hugely exciting time for us moving from our old building in the Nelson Centre to this new facility.
"We have needed the extra space for a while as our growth has been so significant, and I am incredibly pleased to be able to welcome more products, more customers and more partners to our branch."
The company also said the warehouse management system at the unit would add efficiency to daily operations.
Portsmouth branch will cater to its clientele across Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex with its packaging services.
