Booths Is Withdrawing Some Batches of Its Whole Hearted Roasted Monkey Nuts

Grocery chain in the UK, Booths is withdrawing some batches of its Whole Hearted Roasted Monkey Nuts as the packaging did not state the presence of peanuts.

According to Food Standards Agency (FSA), the product being withdrawn from 350g Booths Whole Hearted Roasted Monkey Nuts with best before of 12 July 2013.

FSA has advised customers with an allergy to peanuts not to eat the product and to return it to the nearest Booths store for a full refund.

The chain, which has withdrawn the product from sale, will display customer notices in stores, alerting customers to the reason for the withdrawal.
