In honor of its 90th anniversary, Montblanc hopes to write history with a new limited collection of items that will pay homage to its iconic pen, the Meisterstuck. Starting today, the brand will launch a limited collection of items at their boutiques and Montblanc.com as part of the Meisterstuck Collection, inspired by the writing instrument. The line will include soft grain leather goods, jewelry, accessories, watches, and a special edition assortment of writing instruments.
The leather goods — from briefcases and leather totes, to iPad cases — range in price from $165 to $1,235 and are produced in Florence. Accessories and jewelry including bracelets, key rings, and cuff links were designed in Paris ($195 to $330). The new series of timepieces, part of the Montblanc Meisterstuck Heritage collection, was manufactured in Switzerland and will be offered in 39 or 41 mm diameters. They will range from $2,490 for an Automatic, to $34,500 for a Pulsograph. The brand will also offer special edition pens, available for only a year of the anniversary, with the fountain pen, rollerball, and ballpoint pens in Classique sizes. Each will feature guilloche engraving coated with black lacquer, a mother-of-pearl Montblanc emblem, red gold-plated fittings, and Au 750 gold nib with a special "90-Year" design. The pen collection will range from $390 to $1,535.
