US carmaker Ford Motors has unveiled the new 2013 F-150 SVT Raptor off-road truck.
The SVT Raptor is powered by a 6.2 litre V8 engine, which generates an output of 411hp and 434 lb-ft of torque.
According to the carmaker, the engine will be mated to an electronic six-speed automatic transmission featuring tow/haul mode and SelectShift Automatic functionality along with electronic shift-on-the-fly capability for the transfer case.
Features of the new off road truck include SYNC communications and entertainment system, a rear view camera, a new 4.2-inch multifunction LCD screen for the MyFord driver connect technology and voice-activated Navigation System.
The new model also features FOX Racing Shox dampers, Torsen front differential and front-mounted camera technologies.
Raptor's newly forged wheel offers the reliability of a conventional wheel which can be converted into beadlock wheel.
