Label converter in the US Western Shield has announced the purchase of label producer Southern California Label’s assets.
The acquisition will enable Western Shield to further augment its foothold in the southern California market and will also enhance the company's share in the segments including cosmetic and health and beauty, labelsandlabeling.com reported.
Western Shield president Thomas Moyer commenting on the acquisition said, "The acquisition of Southern California Label gives us access to some exciting new markets and helps diversify our customer base."
The company will perform business under the Western Shield name at its 27,000ft2 Rancho Dominguez facility in California, US with immediate effect.
