Agr International has upgraded operational efficiency of its Dimensional Sampling Gauge (DSG) and OmniLab products.
The DSG is company's dimensional measurement system that provides dimensional and related measurements of glass bottles as well as similar rigid containers.
Agr's DSG system provides body and finish dimensions, weight, pushup, bore, wall thickness and, with the OmniLab configuration, pressure testing.
The company has reviewed all processes operating within the DSG system in order to achieve significant improvement.
During the review, Agr found areas in handling, image processing and CPU performance and other key operations that could be optimized.
The company used the details of the review to improve the processes that resulted in improved performance in all areas.
