Yamato Scale Dataweigh UK will demonstrate its automatic weighing solutions for the plastic industry at Interplas, which is due to be held next month.
At the NEC in Birmingham, the firm will exhibit the capabilities of its checkweighers in the plastics manufacturing process. It will also display its I Series combination machine and I Series machines.
The weighing technology, which will be integrated with the sales and engineering support to meet the requirements of the plastic component manufacturers, will be displayed at stand J53, Hall 4.
The Yamato I-Series checkweigher will have a waterproof stainless steel structure and will be compatible with IP67 standard and HACCP, which will be used for industry applications.
The effect of the floor vibration will be minimized through the design structure, tubular frame and the new digital filter system.
The I-Series check weigher will support the operator and monitor the systems using colour touch screen with 3D animation and self-diagnosis. The series will also reduce overweight packages, wastage and giveaways.
The Alpha Advance and Omega multihead weigher machines will have high load capabilities and the potential to withstand harsh environments. The systems will have an anti-static coating to minimize the static build-up.
