Automated Packaging Systems is all set to launch its new line of AirPouch void-fill and protective packaging systems and materials in Australia.
According to the company, AirPouch systems deliver inflatable air pillows, bubbles and tubes that are used for void-fill, protective wrapping, blocking, bracing and packing applications.
At the rate of 15 meters per minute, the AirPouch Express 3 system will produce void-fill air pillows, and the AirPouch FastWrap system produces cellular cushioning wrap at 20 meters per minute.
For operator speed and convenience, both product lines are available with EZ-Tear perforations.
Void-fill air pillows are said to be cleaner, lighter, user-friendly and offer many benefits over traditional packing materials. They also increase product visibility over EPS peanuts and paper.
