Zünd, manufacturer in cutting systems, developed and produced in Switzerland, is planning to showcase its new ultra high-performance digital cutting system at the Drupa 2016 which is scheduled to be held in Messe Düsseldorf, Germany.
The firm also plans to unveil a variety of high-productivity finishing solutions including digital cutting solutions and intelligent automation, at the Drupa 2016, which is scheduled to be held from 31 May to 10 June, under the banner 'Double your productivity'.
Designed to meet the growing demand from packaging manufacturers and print service providers, the Zünd's new cutter is expected to double production throughput while retaining output quality.
Featuring several technologies to provide flexibility in handling the range of materials, the new cutter allows customers to increase the productivity and efficiency, thus strengthening their business.
Zünd intends to showcase the new cutter along with the Board Handling System (BHS) for fully automated board loading and unloading.
The company is also planning to showcase Zünd S3 with automatic Sheet Feeder at Drupa.
Featuring QR-code capture capabilities for automatic file retrieval, the S3 automation production system is integrated with a collaborative robot for automatic off-loading and stacking.
Zünd will also exhibit its Zünd Cut Center (ZCC) user-friendly software suite designed to function as virtual control center for the entire digital finishing process.
