According to the data released by Turkish ODD, Turkish passenger car sales reached 36,814 in February this year, up 26.1% year on year compared to the amount of February, 2012.
In February this year, Turkish light commercial vehicle sales declined to 11,493, down 5.3% year on year compared to the same period last year.
In the first 2 months, Turkish passenger car cumulative sales reached 62,649, up 24.6% year on year; light commercial vehicle total sales were 21,181, rose 2.8% compared to the same period last year.
In February, Turkish passenger car and light commercial vehicle sales were 48,307 in total, up 16.9% compared to 41,324 of the same period last year; the sales reached 83,830 in the first 2 months, up 18.3% year on year.
