Concentrated on R&D, the Taiwan-based Airboss Air Tool Co., Ltd., a world-caliber supplier of pneumatic tools, swept global design awards in 2011, further boosting its profile in the line. For Airboss, 2011 was undoubtedly a good year to Airboss, as the company netted the Gold Metal & Special Award in 2011 INPEX (The Invention New Product Exposition) innovation trade fair held in Pittsburgh, the U.S., and Silver Medal Award in 2011 IENA—International Trade Fair Ideas Inventions New Products—of Germany. In the same year, the company was also honored to the gold metal and special award of SIIF (Seoul International Invention Fair) of Korea.
