DS Smith Plastics, Extruded Products Hurbanovo will demonstrate its polypropylene printing and reusable packaging solutions designed for the retail chains, FMCG, and distribution centers, at RetailShow event scheduled to be held in Warsaw, Poland.
The plastics division of UK-based corrugated cardboard maker DS Smith plans to showcase its polypropylene printing and packaging solutions at the exhibit.
The firm will also display a reusable fruit box made of corrugated polypropylene twin-wall Akylux material. It is said to be lightweight, rust-proof, durable and recyclable.
The easy to convert, (die-cutting, creasing, welding, perforation, stapling, gluing and sewing) feature makes Akylux polypropylene sheets ideal material for a wide variety of single-use and reusable transit packaging.
DS Smith Plastics Extruded Products sales manager Miroslaw Trzyna said: “RetailShow is the most important exhibition related to Retail industry in the CEE.
“Our participation will strengthen our position on the market, help make awareness among retail companies and spread DS Smith values among Central and Easter European key players.”
Scheduled to take place from 15-16 November 2017, the RetailShow exhibition focuses on equipment, technology and services for retail market.
Recently, DS Smith Plastics, Extruded Products Hurbanovo announced its plan to showcase its reusable packaging solutions at the upcoming Industry Expo 2017 in Romania.
It plans to showcase its reusable transit packaging solutions for the automotive and electronics segments as well as collapsible and reusable bulk-container and AkyBox reusable transit packaging solutions.
The company has a range of twin wall corrugated polypropylene plastic sheets to offer which includes the AkyLux, AkyPlac and Correx bands.
