KapStone Kraft Paper Mill in Charleston, South Carolina and part of the KapStone Paper and Packaging has selected conceptClassifier from Concept Searching for SharePoint to improve issues surrounding findability and search.
Concept Searching said that it implemented its technology in MOSS 2007 to tag content, assist with migration of content to SharePoint and classify content and align it to business goals, thereby enhancing relevant content search on the KapStone corporate intranet.
Concept Searching president Martin Garland said conceptClassifier for SharePoint is the robust third party solution for metadata tagging, auto-classification and taxonomy management in SharePoint.
"The platform affords growth for KapStone, enabling deployment to assist with governance and compliance around documents of record," Garland added.
By incorporating conceptClassifier, the company deployed its Smart Content Framework technology to provide an easy to implement categorization descriptor table, through which all rules and terms can be defined, to deliver to the KapStone Kraft Paper Mill the capacity to deploy and manage its taxonomy easily.
