China-based ZRP Printing Group has installed five Manroland Sheetfed presses to enhance its production capacity.
The first printer, the Ultima nine-colour Roland 700 HiPrint is already in operation in Kun Shan where the company was pushing for increased printing capacity to serve the needs of domestic and multinational firms in the wine, electronics, food, pharmaceuticals and personal care sectors. The remaining printers will be installed later this year.

The Roland 700 comes with the Automatic pallet transport system (AUPASYS) which includes feeder plus full auto delivery and pile tuner. This helps in smooth printing while also saving time and operating costs.
Additionally, this technology also helps in improving the paper pallet quality for fast and trouble-free paper in-feed.
The new printers will help the company to provide their customers with tailor-made products for both UV and conventional applications.
