Workers’ compensation insurance provider CompSource Oklahoma has deployed InsuranceSuite, including Client Data Management from Guidewire Software as its new platform for underwriting and policy administration, rating, billing, claims, and customer contact management.
InsuranceSuite will allow the insurer to enhance its customer service and operational efficiency. It also helps insurers in reducing operational costs, improving underwriting, and assisting them to rapidly deliver products and service.
PwC US, an alliance member of Guidewire, will support CompSource on the platform deployment.
CompSource president and CEO Jason Clark said that the company needed to increase operating efficiency and technological capabilities through a system conversion.
"We ultimately selected Guidewire as our business partner because we were impressed with the depth and breadth of InsuranceSuite's features and functionality as well as with the knowledge and dedication of the Guidewire team," Clark added.
