Square Mile Cider Company has expanded the distribution of its ciders - The Original and Spur & Vine – to seven additional US states.
Seven states under the distribution network include Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, and Texas. Square Mile Cider will also expand its footprint in Oregon, Washington, and California.
With this move the company expands its product availability to 71 additional wholesalers.
Mile Cider is a blend of Pacific Northwest grown apples and lager beer yeast. Spur & Vine is a blend of Galaxy hops and offers flavors and aromas of peach, melon, and honeysuckle.
Square Mile Cider will introduce its ciders in new packages - 12oz bottle six-packs and 1/2 barrel draught - from mid-October 2013 in the expanded distribution area.
The new package options will be available along with the currently available 22oz bottles and 1/6 barrel draughts.
Square Mile Cider brand manager Lorin Gelfand said: "This company was founded on the ideals of the pioneering spirit of the western settlers, and this major expansion to new markets, and new packaging offerings, reinforces what the brand was built on."
