Label printing company Marschall Etiketten has deployed a new multifunction finishing machine Saturn Midi 330 from Prati for post-processing of labels.
Prati machine is used by the firm to inspect the finished label products in order to ensure highest quality for the customers.
The multifunction line facilitates inspection at high speeds and enables finishing in a single processing step.
It is equipped with web transport system for environment-friendly substrates, clear-on-clear labels and allows configuration for white labels and labels with irregular shapes.
The servo motors of the Saturn Midi 330 machine reduce power consumption as well.
Automatic defect recognition, long-lifetime pneumatic rewinding shafts, precision metering system with speed reduction features, dynamic stop, self-sharpening cutting system are its other features which delivers efficiency.
Marschall owner Friedel Sellmann picked Prati to meet post-processing requirements of the company. He said that Prati stood out amidst its competitors owing to its extensive knowledge about mechanics and electronics of the equipment.
Marschall Etiketten specialises in creation of self-adhesive web labels for diversified range of products and applications. It offers variety of printing on paper, including thermotransfer-polyester, PP- as well as PE-labels. It also creates the barcodes and RFID for industrial applications, which are used by the retail industry for marking its products.
