Ascent Solar Has Introduced Its Jumpr Mini, The Newest Product

Ascent Solar Technologies Inc of Thornton, CO, USA, a maker of copper indium gallium diselenide (CIGS) thin-film photovoltaic modules, which it integrates into its EnerPlex series of consumer products, inhas introduced its Jumpr Mini, the newest product  the firm's Jumpr line of power banks.

Jumpr Mini is an ultra-thin and extremely lightweight battery, capable of boosting most smartphones' batteries 55-85% on a single charge. With the same dimension as a conventional credit card and at only 6mm thick, the Jumpr Mini is the thinnest and lightest battery of its kind available, says the firm. Equipped with an expandable USB port, the Mini is able to store 1350 mAh of power while remaining thinner than a standard USB outlet.

"The Jumpr Mini is a perfect complement to our current line of Jumpr batteries, small enough to fit into a wallet or purse, yet powerful enough to provide a boost whenever needed," says Ascent Solar's manager of Branding & Marketing, Justin Jacobs. "The Jumpr Mini is perfect for those who need a quick charge while they are on the go and a lifesaver for those who do not always have easy access to an outlet."
