It’s reported that Thailand’s hot rolled coil (HRC) market has remained sluggish recently due to weak demand from end users.
At present, the quotes of imported HRC are at THB22,500~THB22,800/ton; those of imported cold rolled coils (CRC) are at THB23,000~THB23,300/ton.
Industry sources predicted that the HRC prices might continue to fall to THB22,000/ton by the coming of Songkran Festival.
