The Topas Has an Output of 2,600 Bags Per Hour

The Topas has an output of 2,600 bags per hour. That's faster than any line of its kind. It is an extension of Windmöller & Hölscher's internationally successful Topas range for free flowing bulk solids. But it differentiates itself conceptually and in many details from its predecessor, including easier operation, 20% increased output and an even more attractive price/performance ratio.

Its open frame structure and large, transparent safety doors give it significantly improved accessibility. A newly designed operator touch screen is as easy and intuitive to use as a smart phone. The intensified top and bottom seam cooling maintains consistently high load-bearing capability of the seams even with the now much shorter processing cycles.

Its electronic support systems are broader in scope - the new messaging system is but one example. Beyond text instructions, it offers graphic representations and videos on the screen to help operators locate and resolve problems on site.

It has a wide size range, universal sealing technology, diverse dosing methods, highly accurate weighing technology and rather a lot of additional options.

It is also compact, so perfect for both mobile and stationary bagging.

Rail and wheel platforms allow efficient bagging of a variety of products or batches that are seen on agendas in logistics terminals. Differing bulk density, particle size and flow properties of products to be bagged are managed by tailored product feeding and weighing systems, as well as by the specially adapted design of the drop chute and the filling hopper.

The interpack presentation in Hall 15, Stand C 41 will be supplemented with a simultaneous in-house expo at company headquarters in Lengerich. At the expo, customers will also see the Vistaflex C8, the new super-wide flexographic press. And Garant Maschinen, a member of the W&H Group, will co-exhibit and run a Triumph paper bag machine.
