Sectra has entered into a distribution deal with Answer Medical Solutions for its healthcare IT suite in Puerto Rico.
Under the agreement, Answer Medical will distribute Sectra's RIS/PACS, radiation dose monitoring solution, online service for osteoporosis detection and the Sectra Visualization Table.
Sectra North America president Mikael Anden said, "This relationship will provide Sectra the ability to expand into the Puerto Rican market with a partner known for its high level of expertise and experience in medical imaging."
Answer Medical Solutions president and general manager Orlando Laza said, "Sectra delivers a complete integrated offering that extends beyond the radiology department. Providing our customers the opportunity to use these technologies will improve patient care in Puerto Rico."
