Cegedim Relationship Management has unveiled eighth generation customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Mobile Intelligence 8 for Life Sciences commercial, medical, key account management and market access teams.
The new platform has flexibility across Mobile Intelligence's CRM + CLM + Data platform, provides Life Sciences companies to increase their commercial productivity, measure and optimize performance through out-of-the-box actionable reports and leverage value-added customer centric strategies.
Mobile Intelligence 8 has increased usability due to the presence of compliance-ready meetings module and also provides actionable reports for Primary Care and Key Account Management (KAM) through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
It also helps commercial teams to better leverage key stakeholder engagement insights by assisting the delivery of key messages based on the stakeholder's patient population.
The platform also comes with additional flexibilities such as its ability to add/enhance functionalities and visualizations, extract and load data and monitoring operations.
Mobile Intelligence is also integrated with OneKey, HCP database.
