Mac Papers, a US-based distributor partner for paper and print, packaging, facility supplies, has launched new wide format demo center at its headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, US.
The demo facility is designed to provide customers with hands-on knowledge of each equipment type, including each machine’s unique features, print techniques, technical components and end-use applications.
The firm said that the facility will enhance customer service by showcasing latest print equipment and providing on-site training for equipment and workflow solutions to its customers.
Mac Papers wide format and graphics director Marty Davis said: “At Mac Papers, we believe that the best value we can offer our customers is to provide unmatched education, one-to-one services and innovative solutions they don’t find through other distributors.
“Our new demo center is one more tool we’re introducing to make it easier for our customers to learn what equipment best suits their needs and how to maximize the potential of the machine once they’ve purchased it.”
The facility features Mac Papers’ equipment including aqueous, solvent and UV wide-format printers, along with finishing equipment, including cutters and laminators.
Additional features include workflow solutions and substrates that perform best with each machine, the company noted.
The firm said that the facility represents its portfolio of brands, including Mutoh, Mimaki, Canon, Graphtec, SAi, RasterLink and Onyx.
The company offers graphic supplies, wide format media and equipment, packaging solutions, and office supplies in addition to custom product and logistics solutions.
