Netrada, leading experts for full service eCommerce fashion solutions, is expanding further in the Hanover region. Netrada will build an additional fashion distribution center east of the trade fair premises in Hanover. Their current regional locations are in Garbsen, Langenhagen and Lehrte.
On July 17th, Netrada acquired about 110,000 sqm of space from the City of Hanover. The first construction phase will be comprised of approx. 50,000 sqm of floor space expected to commence operations in the first half of 2014. Expansion rights for new buildings, including constructing administrative premises, remain an option. NETRADA is investing already more than 50 million euros in the location “Hanover Trade Fair” in the first phase providing long-term employment for at least 1,000 additional employees. To manage the seasonal peak times in eCommerce fashion, further temporary jobs will be added.
“The new location is necessary for Netrada, in order to handle the expected growth of our eCommerce partner. We will invest significantly in this location over the next years in order to offer the Netrada clients optimal eFulfillment processes with state-of-the-art technology,” remarked Joachim Reinhardt, Netrada Group’s CEO.
