As a result of the new laws - excise taxes, the time limit, the requirements to the objects of trade - the largest federal alcohol producers are losing in sales of vodka and beer. In response to this market response, we have begun to expand the geography of sales, client portfolio and organized the production of new types of products: bottles for soft segment and a small amount of food jars. The plans for 2014 to start production of bottle green color, as well as exclusive containers - jars of baby food and farmsteklo. Requirements are stored in a colored glass at the expense of the growth of the market of soft drinks and mineral water producers go on pouring into the glass.
Over the past two years, we have increased sales by 21% glass. Production volume in 2012 increased by 14% compared to 2011 Positive dynamics is achieved through communication with both new companies as well as with partners whose cooperation is conducted for several years. The result of our work is to gradually increase the volume of sales of the company and confidence of partner companies in stable supplies.
Due to contracts with our strategic partners, we feel confident in the market. Recently, we have started to work with the largest Russian manufacturer of alcohol - the company "Synergy" and the oldest distilleries in Russia now "Itkul distillery." New contracts signed with major producers of beer: "The first brewery" (Alma-Ata), "Shymkentpivo". We continue to work with our long-term partners - Heineken, Efes, Baltika. In the process of signing - a contract with the company "SanInBev."
The market demands high quality at an affordable price. We are deeply convinced that the one who will invest now in production, will benefit in the future. Therefore, building a new, sixth, furnace. It will be more economical and perfect, equipped with the latest glass-forming machines and inspection equipment. Currently, the project has already invested about 8 million euros: completed design work, the entire process completed site preparation. Performance of a new furnace will be 260 tonnes of white glass a day, the monthly volume of output - 20-23 million units.
In the new glass-melting complex will include four manufacturing lines, which will enable the plant to quickly change the product mix. These indicators will allow the company to increase the share of the market, not only in Siberia, but the whole of Russia and CIS (for information, today the "Ekran" covers more than 25% of the needs of the market of Kazakhstan in glass). The uniqueness of the new glass-complex is that the company will move to release a lightweight container technology NNPB, which in the next two years is going to shift the majority of consumers of glass bottles. The new bottle is lighter than a standard analogue of 60-70 grams, and its cost - at 12-15% lower.
With the launch of the new complex of glass-6 plant will increase the number of personnel staff of 60 people, creating new jobs.
