US-based River Associates has acquired a controlling stake in folding carton manufacturer Rose City Printing & Packaging, through a recapitalization.
Rose City Printing & Packaging president Steve Lobis said the strong financial backup combined with the company's service and manufacturing capacities provide an opportunity for customers.
"We believe that our model can be expanded to deliver superior value to our present and future customers," Lobis said.
The deal will enable Rose City to access capital resources to support management's plans for the company's continued growth through increased market share as well as new product offerings.
