According to Rettenmeier Holding the sale process for the subsidiary Rettenmeier Polomka Timber, which has been in progress since mid 2011 was concluded on 30 June 2012. Purchaser and new owner of the company is myWood, which is associated with the shareholder and former member of the executive board Helmut Rettenmeier. Rettenmeier Holding had negotiated with a total of four potential buyers. The sale covers the complete machinery for the manufacture of triple-layer solid-wood panels and of H20 shuttering carriers.
