US-based Dianne's Fine Desserts (DFD) has expanded its product range with the launch of three new gluten-free desserts.
The new gluten free desserts include Chocolate Lava Divine cake, Brownie and Scoopable Cheesecake.
DFD claims that its gluten-free Chocolate Lava Divine is a flour-less chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, while its gluten-free Fudge Walnut Brownie is rich and fudge ready to be sliced and enhanced with additional finishing.
The new gluten-free Scoopable Cheesecake is a rich, creamy cheesecake designed for presentation in a variety of serving dishes.
Dianne's Fine Desserts also claims that it has robust systems, manufacturing expertise and strict safety guidelines in place to handle gluten-free production, including pre-production and allergen testing.
US Food Safety and Quality director Mike Taylor said: "Dianne's Fine Desserts takes a two-pronged approach to ensuring its gluten-free products meet the threshold of containing less than 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten.
"Product samples from the production runs are sent to a third-party lab and tested to insure gluten levels remain below 20 ppm, ensuring a high level of confidence with our customers."
DFD has also introduced a sugar-free cheesecake to its offerings.
