UK-based Cleone Foods has recalled Island Delight Jerk snack packs as the products bear an incorrect'best before'date,according to the Food Standards Agency(FSA).
The product subjected to the recall include those with Best before date 11 April 2014,which were packed in a 6 x 50g pack.
The products were supplied to selected ASDA stores.The company will display product recall notices in stores,explaining that consumers should return the product to the place of purchase.
Customers who have bought these products have been advised to dispose or return them to the place of purchase.
The Agency said that no other Cleone Foods and ASDA products have been affected.
