The container, which is 90m2 in total, is capable of receiving 40 sacks of milk powder of 25k each from the Danish powder plant Arla Foods Akafa.

According to the company, the sacks are emptied into a funnel that sends the powder into a packing facility machine through a closed pipe system to be packed into 25g.

The roof of the container is covered with 96 solar panels, which can deliver 12 hours production time a day.

In August 2013, the packaging facility will be sailed from Denmark to the Ivory Coast where Arla will sell milk powder in small consumer friendly packages in cooperation with a local partner.

According to the plan, the facility is expected to be up and running by October 2013.
