United Lender Services (ULS), a Pennsylvania-based title insurance, settlement services, and appraisal management company, is expanding its commercial title insurance services.
Led by director, general counsel James DiGregory, the expansion is expected to offer a national platform for developers, lenders, and borrowers for commercial real estate transactions.
Commenting on the plans, DiGregory said the ULS national title insurance platform delivers a timely, accurate, and cost effective process for the commercial real estate industry.
''Combined with the ULS commitment to individual client service, we provide real value to our commercial customers,'' DiGregory added.
Joining ULS from a private law practice, DiGregory holds 30 years of experience in the legal and commercial real estate industries, besides specialization in title and closing services, real estate development, and commercial lending.
Apart from serving as executive and general counsel for two large real estate developers, and for a major general contractor, DiGregory was also the founder and president of Hawk Development.
ULS is a wholly owned subsidiary of USAA Real Estate Company, and provides a full suite of products and services that support all types of real estate transactions.
