West Virginia-based Farmers and Mechanics Mutual Insurance Insurance Company (FMMIC) has signed an agreement with Insuresoft to implement its Diamond Suite.
The fully automated Diamond Suite has been licensed by the FMMIC and is a pre-integrated best-of-breed solution for personal and commercial lines delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
FMMIC Underwriting senior vice president Stacey Matteson said: "The Diamond Suite delivered as a SaaS solution allows us to improve the ease of doing business with our agent distribution channel and allows us to focus on improving our business as opposed to maintaining our technology infrastructure."
FMMIC Sales vice president Brad Stoub said that the innovative Diamond Suite will have immediate beneficial impact to the firm's business, which include ability for straight through processing and improving speed to market changes.
Marias Technology Services has been awarded a multi-year contract by Insuresoft for hosting and additional services.
Established in 1877, Farmers and Mechanics has over 450 licensed agents and more than 130 independent agencies throughout West Virginia.
Headquartered in Illinois, Insuresoft is a privately-held company delivering insurance software to the property and casualty insurance industry.
